is there really a Ethical Problem in Bluffton?

Bluffton is not a place that really attracts lots of different ethnicities for the football team. The reason for this is because it is a small Mennonite community. You cannot blame the large number of a certain type of race and the results they have on the coaching staff, or the football team. Bluffton is just a place that is not very attractive to certain races and different types of people. This is a small school, and for that matter very small football school different players may feel they will not get noticed here or just far too small for their liking.

Some players on the team believe that the team plays only certain type of players and that is what our team is made up of. That is not a true statement Head football coach Tyson Veidt said “We will choose the best player and he will be the man playing at that position regardless of age, race, or experience”. The coaches should not be the ones accused for the problem of not many diverse ethnicities.

Head coach Tyson Veidt is doing a Great amount of recruiting to bring players of all races, and from all different places to the team. You can see what coach Veidt is doing for the program look at the team now there is a lot more diversity. In the end it is up to the player if they feel like they are not attracted to the Bluffton community and what it is about there is nothing the coaching staff can do. Bluffton is just a place that attracts certain types of people and has the same beliefs as one another.
